A review-management platform for local businesses like plumbers, dentists, med spas and the agencies behind them. It asks customers for reviews and video testimonials by text, email or QR code. It drafts AI replies to Google, Facebook and Yelp reviews in one inbox, and puts the best reviews on the business's website. Unhappy customers can reach the owner privately first, and reviews are never filtered.

Nova Support

One place to keep 500+ WordPress sites healthy, with an AI agent that does the work.

Clients sign in with an emailed link and send in website requests. An agent built on the Claude API picks up each request, makes the change on the live site and reports back. Uptime monitoring alerts the team the moment a site goes down.

NovaConnect

The WordPress MCP plugin that lets Claude work directly on client sites.

NovaConnect connects each client WordPress site to Nova Support. Install it, paste a connection key, and Claude can work on the site through the Model Context Protocol (MCP): handle support tickets, run health checks and updates, sign in with one click and take backups. It's built on the open-source Novamira plugin. I added custom abilities for Avada (Fusion Builder) and Elementor, Nova's own skills, and the link to the Nova Support portal.

Nova Growth Scan

A free scan that shows a business owner how customers find them online, and what to fix first.

Owners enter their business and get graded on local search rankings, their Google Business Profile, reviews, website conversion and technical SEO, side by side with nearby competitors. It shows them where competitors are winning customers and what to do about it.

Innovative Renal Care

One WordPress network for a national dialysis provider with 250+ locations.

A WordPress multisite that lets one team run 250+ dialysis centers across 28 states and DC from a single install. I built a custom Google Maps location finder plugin for it. Patients search by address or use their current location, filter by distance, and get directions to the nearest center.
